How this works...
When a customer fills out their information and then clicks the PANIC BUTTON, it sets off a simple process which provides the customer with instant technical support.

After the PANIC BUTTON is clicked, first time customers will be asked to install a small "ActiveX" component. Once installed, the customer is placed into a CHAT window where they wait for the SuddenSupport technician to join them. It only takes between 5 and 10 minutes for a technician to respond.

Once the technician has joined the chat session, they will triage the situation with the customer. After the technician determines the best solution for the customer, they will connect to the customer's desktop and make the necessary repairs. Our goal is to deliver top notch remote computer repair with the best customer service.

Our technicians are trained to use the best possible customer services possible to make sure the CUSTOMER IS HAPPY. In fact, we feel that "Customer Service" is our main product and technical support is a by-product.

Q. If I allow you into my computer, does that mean you can access it anytime you want to?

A. No. When you click the PANIC BUTTON, it puts you into a support room out on the web. Once you are there, we are notified that you are waiting for us, and then we go out to the same support room on the web and join you. Once you leave the session, there is no way for us to get back to you without YOU requesting help again.

Q. Is the connection between SuddenSupport and my computer secure?

A. Yes. We use the highest encryption strength available today to establish a solid TUNNEL between your computer and our support center. This keeps prying eyes out and keeps your data safe.

Q. What happens if you CAN'T fix my computer?

A. This depends. Typically, if we can not fix your PC we will return your money. However, we have many options available that we may be able to use for alternative methods to get your computer fixed. In the end, we want YOU to be happy, so we will either return the money or work until we get the problem resolved...it is YOUR CHOICE.
