How it works...

Once the button is clicked, it sets off a sequence of events. First time customers will be presented with a option to install an "ACTIVEX" application. Once the customer clicks YES or INSTALL, our SuddenSupport chat window will appear and the customer will be asked to wait until the technician arrives. This usually takes between 5 to 10 minutes. Once the technician has arrived, he/she will triage the issue and offer the needed recommendations for reapair along with an estimated cost. If the customer agrees, the technician will initiate the payment process and the customer will purchase the session by credit card. This transaction is secure and safe. The technician has no way to see this transaction as it is carried out completey by the customer BEFORE the technician actually connects to to computer.
